Introduction:Tenway provides limited lifetime warranty to end-users.This warranty covers Carrying Case and its components defects in materials and workmanship. It will not include accidental damage, defects from natural disaster, user careless and any user alteration.

1)Hardware
2)Shoulder Strap
3)Hand Strap
4)Adjustable strap
5)All other natural broken parts
6)Bag clothes materials.
There are two ways for tenway's after-sales service.
1.Tenway has setup end user call center typically on behalf of our business partner to deal with end users' query, complaint, product exchange, technical support and other end-users'requirement. From the worldwide point of view, our call center location covers North America, South America,Europe, Asia Pacific. This call center facility allows end user directly contact Tenway worldwide for carrying-case services.
2.Online warranty service website. Pls visit our websit www.twcreation.com and find warranty part,then follow instructions to input your requests. We will contact you soon after we received your warranty requests.
